Pathetic service

This is what you have to put up with when you deal with a monopoly like telkom - I just need 1 landline installed and it's taking more than a month. This is by far the most *********** service that I have had.South Africa needs a substitute landline provider. What is worst- you can do nothing about the pathetic service but wait - hoping that somebody at telkom will decide to do their job.Please telkom , help a brother out here , i just need one landline.
