Pathetic Service !

My Landline number is ********** 526. Early on Friday morning to I complained about my internet being down. Some guy calls us around 1 PM and we told him we are not at home and will be home by 3 so that he can work on the issue . We work form home and internet is what we desperately need. This man says he will see if he can make it for 3 or he will come tomorrow morning. Morning came and now its late afternoon! No news from this guy and no one pitched up. We were suppose to be out but stayed at home some that some guy who promised will come. No one came and internet is still down!!! We pay for the whole month a fee to be online and not to be offline! How is one suppose to work ? Why make promises you guys cant keep up? This is not the first time, last time something like this happened it took 3 days for someone to come fix this line !! Gosh can someone PLEASE help !!!!
