Pathetic service

I have been trying to cancel my #Landline ********** 576 and close the account since April!!! It took months before it was cancelled, and I am still being billed for a service I don't have. I have logged dispute after dispute and it is never resolved. Telkom is PATHETIC!!! If Telkom had a serious competitor it would go out of business overnight. I had to log multiple disputes to get the line cancelled. I have also sent multiple email, complained on Facebook, and even visited their store in Knysna (as they don't have one in Plett). Now I have logged disputes and had them escalated on 29/06/2017, 24/08/2017, 15/09/2017, 22/09/2017 and again today 13/10/2017. How is Telkom still in business with such gross incompetence?
