Pathetic Service

I am at my wits end with poor service on an issue. I have submitted a complaint a few times already. I recently took out a new Cell Phone deal (Account No: ********** 43) (August 2017) The deal was for Huawei P10 lite, which supposed to include 10 GIGS data, each month for three months. THIS WAS AN ABSOULUTE LIE. To date I have not received this. THIS IS BREACJH OF CONTRACT, I signed a deal for this offer. This is the only reason I went for this deal (FOR THE FREE 10GIGS data) but to date have not received this. This contract was taken out in Westwood Mall (Telkom store). I called in today 28/09/2017 and spoke to the Manager, who advised that this matter has not even been looked into. The last time this case was looked at war the 09/09/2017. I would think that customer service supposed to be top priority. First and foremost this is false advertising (cheating a customer) This is unacceptable. I have waited 2 a month and a half good service and this is disappointing.

I demand that is get resolved
