Pathetic Service

The words that I am going to pen here are aimed to make you aware of the work quality that you are delivering to your customers. You have useless staff! I was at your Mall at Reds store on Sunday 17/09/2017 to take our a data contract. Everything went well until the gentleman who was assisting me, Charles, said my application had to go for credit review. I was told I would be called within 24 – 48 hours and told what the problem is. (I was confused as I have no debt, that's how I manage it). Tuesday (19/09/2017) no call, so I contacted your call centre and was told it was with the credit manager and that I would receive a call the next day (Wednesday). It is now Friday and I still have not received a call so I called again and spoke to Annalisa. Her story was completely different. I was now told that I had not completed the security checks (this is ******* because everything was done on Sunday). I then asked to speak to her manager to make sure what the problem was. She refused to give me the details and instead put me on hold for 15 minutes. She then came back on the phone, didn't say a thing and instead put me on hold AGAIN! Is this really the type of service one can expect from such a large telecommunications company? And that too for a measly R139 contract.
