Pathetic Service

I app**** for a data contract online on the 14th of September. I received an sms to say a consultant will call me. The first call i received i answered but there was no one on the other side of the line and it cut off. The second time I received the call a guy asked if this was a convenient time to talk and confirmed my banking details. He then told me his having issues with his system he will call me back in 5mins. Today is the 15th at 3:10pm still no call back. Your customer Service is really something else.
