Pathetic Service

I have not heard a word telephonic/electronic or otherwise since completing my application and sign up with a sales consultant 5 business days ago. I was promised that their sales/technical team would be (at the least) getting back to me on Monday (04/09) or the latest Tues (05/09) to arrange delivery and installation by Thursday (07/09). Today, 5 full days post the application, After holding on their call-centre line for a nauseating 8min, I am told that my details are not even captured on their system...go figure Telkom marketing may be epic, but their service has been nothing short of a farce.....quite pathetic!!!
