Pathetic service!!!

My home ADSL line has been non operational since the 25th September, multiple calls have been logged and not one technician or person on behalf of Telkom has called me back since! I have had to call into their pathetic call centre myself, only to be told \the technicians have been testing your line".<br> I run a business from home and require my ADSL line to operate. The non operation of my ADSL line is now heading into week number 2 and still no one from Telkom has called me back"
