Pathetic service 😡😡😡

The worst experience ever to upgrade. The sales agents dont do the right thing then we as customers get to pay for their wrong doings. Which I believe its not fair. My issue has not been resolved from the 5th of January up till now in March which is now the 7th of March. The service is getting more poor each day. I would never recommend anyone to telkom after this.
