Pathetic Service
worst service from Kilandren and his call Centre staff. today is the third week my cellphone line being locked, i cant make call, worse part of it today, they have already deducted for December. meaning i dont owe Telkom for 2024. there's a lady Palesa called gave me her email address all the invoice and proof of pay are there, they dont even understand a grade 8 accounting, cash receipts, cash payment, debit and credit. that's is why Telkom is closing branches because of the *********** staff. i feel sorry for the branches staff, those one they know how to bring business, unfortunately the call Centre agents are chasing the clients away

26 Nov 2024, 10:52 Good day, Telkom servicei hereby demand a termination of the employment contract for Killandren Govender, Tshepang Malebane and their supervisor being terminated with immediate effect, for Incorect billing, Termination of the cell phone service for three weeks, harassment and ***********. These people don't add value to Telkom. A debit order went through yesterday the 25th for dember my cell phone line is still logged. Tsepang said, she was told by Killandren to lock my line and i asked her, were you employed to read the document relating to the contract of the client or to Gossip about client, she was unable to respond, that is evident enough that they wake up go to work for gossiping, that's why they won't respond via emailI want my cell phone line be open with immediate effect.

it took just one call and one email for Mr. Hoffny Leso to solve the misunderstanding of incorrect billing. Mr. Leso must be appointed to be a Senior Manager for Billing support, he knows how to talk to client, he understand Financial Accounting. he's managerial skills speaks for itself. he must be given Flowers. this guy is the one who will save Telkom from running out of business.
