Pathetic Service

Telkom decided to suspended my service after a series of request and follow ups, requesting them to update my account, account has been up-to-date for over 30 days, I contacted Telkom requesting them to at least re-instate the service , they still failing, I think Telkom had good packages however the service is pathetic
