Pathetic service
I am trying to move from Telkom to Axxess as our ISP, but Telkom does not want to release our line in order for Axxess to take over. It used to take only 5 minutes. I am waiting for 5 days already. And NOBODY seems to be able to fix it. And do not get me started on the waiting time when you phone the call centre. Hopeless.
