pathetic service

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for telkom to address my faulty telephone line. The call centres are filled with staff promising someone to contact you regarding repairs but no one has done this. I am paying for a pathetic service for the past 15 years. Whenever it rains my telephone lines go down. I have repeatedly reported this problem but to date have not received a permanent fix. I do not care anymore to give you my reference numbers about the calls logged on my behalf. Sort this situation out.
