Pathetic service
I would give telkom 0 starts if I could. Their systems are useless. They aren't able to help after 4 hours on the phone , they expect you to go back and forth between there departments. And I still have no resolution. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting and wasting my airtime and I still have to buy seperate data for their **** service. Their managers are never available to speak to, they can't even give a reference number after an hour on the phone

24 Apr 2021, 13:02My TIN number was deactivated. I've been on the phone in total for over 4 hours trying to resolve this with telkom. I've been receing no proper assistance, seems telkoms systems are permanently down. Ref ***. If telkom can't assist with urgency, please do advise me so I can cancel services and get assist from another service provider. It's not fair that I'm paying for a service that is not active
