Pathetic service

After almost 2 weeks after righting my review,not a single call from Telkom. On the same day, I wrote another review and the matter has been resolved already. This company needs to close down because you are hopeless.. your agents promise to get back to us but guess what, that never happens.... No more.when my contract ends, that will be the last you see of my money
