Pathetic Service

i have made an Order to have an ADLS installed.<br> i was told it will be done today...... i called twice and both times i was told it will be done today.<br> i call not at 15:30 pm and now i get told that it will only be done in 14-21 days time.<br> my ref number is : ***A. (number: ***)<br> please listen to my recordings.<br> i was told that this line will be installed today, i need it to be installed today!!!!!
