PATHETIC SERVICE

Our company FABO CONSTRUCTION had entered a partnership with TELKOM to render a service of communication from our office to sites, from day one we had not once had customer service satisfaction and we are given endless round a rounds and excuses and eventually we are ignored. To top it off when one calls the office the receptions etiquette is ridiculous as she does not even put the call on hold in order for the receiver to not hear discussions taken place or to avoid the customer not hearing the avoidance of DEON LOTZ AND IRFAAN ISMAIL FROM THE CAPE TOWN TELKOM MOBILE BRANCH... <br> <br> I am completely disgusted at this service and will strongly not recommend this network... SHAME ON THIS PEOPLE AND COMPANY, PLEASE GO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICES AND SATIFACTIONS. <br> NOTE: I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ASSISTANCE TO DATE.
