pathetic service

i am sick and tired of telkom making excuses. I ordered a line on the 10th of june for the 26 of june they did not show they made an excuse that no one was here there was someone then they said they wil come on saturday they still did not. Now their saying there was someone yesterday but i was home no one came now they keep making excuses. They said a manager will phone no one did i had to spend over R500 of airtime on them. Now their saying the manager is in a meeting and that he can't talk to me(a customer) pethetic im paying for a line that is not working.
