Pathetic service
I went for an upgrade on my contract yesterday. Instead I left in the end with cancelling my contract with immediate effect, because of the terrible service I received from the store, but especially from the manager Donald McKenzie! He said that I should please launch a complaint to see if anything happens???!! What an arrogant rude way to speak to a customer. UNACCEPTABLE
