Pathetic service
<p>I app**** for an adsl line 2 months ago. At first I was given a reference number, after no response for 2 weeks i followed up and found that my follow my order was automatically cancelled. I then put through a new orderr and after waiting for weeks, I find out my was yet again cancelled. No one informed me of this and still I do not have a line.</p>

05 Nov 2017, 10:21Thanks for the assistance from head office and Jacques. It's months but things are now sorted. Consultants on the phone are the most hopeless and offer no assistance. No care attitude.
