PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I was at Telkom in Cresta to purchase landline airtime.At first I was told they dont take cash only cards but there was no sign anywhere stating this.</p> <p>I was then told by Paulo,to go to clicks,get a voucher and come back and i would get airtime.</p> <p>Clicks doesnt sell landline airtime and I was told that this service(prepaid) will no longer be in use.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is true, why arent the clients being notified????</p> <p>This is the worst service from a store and Telkom as a whole.</p> <p> </p> <p>My ticket number was 124 at the store.</p> <p>Why couldnt the consultants tell me then and there that this is whats happening? Why make me run around unneccessarily.</p>
