Pathetic service

<p>I logged a call with telkom on 17th July as my line was down. A tech had called and advised that they can only send a tech on saturday 22nd july as he doesnt work after 4pm. No tech came on saturday or sunday even after I called on the 22nd to confirm. On monday 24th i called in and they said its marked as a matter of urgency and up until today 28th the line is still not sorted. A rude tech called me on 28th and said he is not prepared to come in when i am available. </p>
