PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I did an online application with Telkom Mobile on the 24th of June , 28th June they debited an amount of R369 from my account. I was told i woud receive my phone by atleast the 3rd of July. They were quick to debit money from my account but they are very slow to deliver their products. i've been getting different stories from their customer sservice desk for the past two weeks, they are not professional at all , there's always noise in the background . They most annoying thing is that you hold for over 30 minutes for them to assist you. My converstations with all the agents who've been checking my query have not been fruitful at all. </p> <p> They least they can do at this point is to cancel my order and refund me . </p> <p> </p>
