Pathetic service

<p>Received a call from one of the agents from a comoany called "sells direct" that work in Durban. Gentleman was so excited to take down my details etc for the sale of the WiFi router, however ensured me he'd send all the details to the email address given, its 5days already and to date nothing has been received. I tried calling the number given ********** 500. It rings for a while an cuts off, absolutely disgusting, why give a number that either does not work or no one bothers to answer. I want to cancel the contract immediately.I called Telkom however they were no help either, yet this is their product. </p>
