Pathetic Service

<p>I have multiple contracts with Telekom, and in return received multiple problems rather than benefits. They get more wrong than right. Calling through to the contact Centre is an absolute nightmare. Just a few minutes ago, I made such an attempt and held for 10 minutes listening to a repeated annoying advert. After which I just dropped it. What did I get out of this? No help, query not resolved! Frustration! Disappointment! But one positive, I have made up a sound decision to cancel any and all links to Telkom, tell everyone I know to never use them, and place this review on as many sites as possible. Telkom is one of the worst people I have dealt with to date!!! </p>
