Pathetic Service
<p>Last week I went to a telkom store to take out an additional contract under my name. I was told that they received an error on the credit system and had to escalate the matter but it will all be done and complete by latest the following Wednesday. It is Thursday today and I have been waiting at the Clearwater branch for 3 hours now. Only to find out that the consultant did not submit the correct documents and my ID. Did not escalate the matter to the correct deparent and now has generally just wasted my time. All they say is no it will be sorted out soon.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to catch a flight later today and now by the looks of it I am going to miss it due to the unprofessional and *********** service by the staff at telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely upsetting and I am disgusted by the service I have received. They knew I was flying out today and they assured me all will be done yesterday. But the client service is so bad that they will not even respond to a flipping email!!!!</p>
