Pathetic Service

<p>Telkom is probably one of the best networks for cheap data. But their service is the worst. I took a contract with them last year and was not told I would have an additional spend limit of R500 per month on top of what I already pay. I only realized in January, when I had to pay over R1300. I've been trying to get them to decrease my spend limit since then. It's June now and my spend limit is still at R500. I've received messages twice already that they have changed it but I am still being charged extra every month. This is really pathetic and so frustrating. </p>
