Pathetic service

<p>I Have been nagging Telkom for a invoice for month for me to make payment. I was told oon the 4th June it would be available but nothing yet. I am trying to make a payment but no one can help with EFT number.</p> <p> Why does telkom make it so hard to pay them?</p>
