Pathetic Service

<p>About 7 weeks ago I moved from an apartment in Wierda Park to Clubview. I have called Telkom, spent hours upon hours in their shop in the Centurion Mall, I've talked with Telkom on Twitter and Facebook but notning has happened. There have been several Telkom technician's at my residence each one with a different story and a different promise on when the job will be done. Every single one claiming he will come back but never doing so. Telkom simply brushes over my complaints by saying the order will be reviewed. A Telkom branch in Highveld even tried to ***** R1200.00 of mine in a ****. I have all the chats. </p> <p>I am a second year student thus internet is needed for my projects, of which I've failed some due to lack of respect and response from Telkom. Never in my life have I seen or experienced worse customer service than this. Telkom is ******* and useless regarding reaction and feedback. </p>
