pathetic service

<p>Good day I went to telkom kollonade regarding a service which I needed clarity on the employee was very rude and harsh and all the other customers where looking at us like we uneducated it's not the way u treat customers they should be taught to speak in a cool calm tone.and we where very cool and calm because replying to a fool in the same way makes you a bigger fool.Learn manners.</p>
