Pathetic Service

<p>Telkom is a ripp-off!</p> <p>I entered into a 24 month WiFi contract with Telkom in Feb 2017 and have had nothing but issues.</p> <p>First they did not deliver what they promised and did not give me the allowances that the contract was for. 3 phone calls and 5 chats later they sorted that out.</p> <p>The very next month they try to con me into paying for something I did not use</p> <p> They claimed "overage" charges on a WiFi account. when the DD failed for this, they still have the audacity to try and charge me R200 penalty.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I disputed this, they basically told me I have to pay R649 for a contract that is R149. Their customer service is disgusting and 5 online chats and 3 phonecalls later, I am still back at square one. Their cs agents are very poorly trained and really couldnt be bothered to even attempt to do their jobs.</p> <p> Cant wait to get rid of this **** for good. I thought Id give Telkom a chance, but clearly not worth the hassle</p>
