Pathetic service

<p>I am absolutely disturbed at the level of service telkom offers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for a phone and March I was told they don't have phoned no one came back to me to give me interim feedback I kept going back like an idiot.</p> <p> </p> <p>Finally after waiting a whole month and getting an account for something I have not used I get a call to pick up a phone , but the wrong phone it doesn't have the option for WiFi.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I call the call centre and speak to various agents who just put me back in the queue and when I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told they are in a meeting the whole management team is in a meeting.</p> <p> </p> <p>This service is pathetic I am really disturbed </p> <p> </p>
