Pathetic service

<p>I have a few contracts with telkom. Which 2 of them have come to an end. I called into the call centre to have them cancelled as I had taken another contract with them. And no longer need the data from the older contracts. I left a cancellation letter at their branch in fourways. And yet I'm still being billed for those contracts. This is unacceptable service as I am a loyal client of theirs for 4 years now. If this is how you respond to clients. Then we should take our business else...</p>
