Pathetic service

<p>I app**** for uncapped data at R599 from Telkom, they had a special on it, on the 03/03/17, they informed me that they cannot put in a telkom landline at my residence as there is a problem with underground cables, the technician call at my residence, however, he never seems to fix the problem, Telkom service is bad, the staff seem very confused at all times, they cannot answer questions properly, technicians are unable to perform their job or maybe not able to do their jobs, disgusting service provider, I really am dissappointed and I am thinking I wish I could get another service provider and more people should do that and not support Telkom as they cannot do their jobs properly.</p>
