<p>Your customer care department is appalling. C Pea**** told me I can take her to hello Peter hear you go you are famous. Nqobile Majozi decides instead of getting her TL to transfer my call to another agent. After an hr of being transferred from pillar to post, I hung up & call again. Guess what Nqobile Majozi again clear instruction get me your Manager not TL I get a Lethu Magwaza who is as *********** as they come. Fazel Bolley is not in & he is the only manager that looks after sales contract Wow. You have not met your own SLAs cancel the application & give me my money. I don't want to hear about 14 to 21 days as it didn't take you that long to remove it from my account. Look @ all the calls made from ********** 746 since Wednesday</p>
After 10 days you tell me you have escalated to you sales team. How pathetic can your service get. I WANT MY MONEY THE ONLY PERSON WHO SHOULD BE CALLING ME IS YOUR HEAD OF CONTACT CENTRE OR GM SALES TEAM CAN KEEP THEIR CALL. REFUND MY MONEY BEFORE I TAKE YOU TO CONSUMER PROTECTION.
