Pathetic Service!!!

<p>For the past three months we have had issues with our internet not working. For the past month our line and internet has not been working at all!! I have been phoning them and nothing is done to fix this problem. I still have to pay the account and I am getting no service! The last time I phoned a lady told me to go get a Telkom sim card. A lady by the name of Jessica from Alberton City branch gave me the sim card but couldn't activate it as Telkom was offline she was supposed to phone me as soon as the were online... but yeah!!!!! </p>
