Pathetic service!!!

<p>This is the second time I complaint about this matter!!! I took out a contract on a laptop on 24 February 2017, still no answer of the where abouts of the laptop. Nobody phoned me to tell me. I have called 10213 and nobody answer the phone. Telkom said it will take 7-10 working days to arrive, NO LAPTOP untill today! As first time customer, it's the poorest service that I recieved. If I tried to track the order it just said "Unable to retrieve order" You are a pathetic company!!! </p> <p> </p>
