Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!

<p>I totally regret the compliment I sent Telkom last month. I have recieved the worst service fromTelkom over the last 2 weeks. I am shocked and think I should cut all ties with you as a business! I paid for my services over ten days ago and still my services are not re-activated!! When querying all I have been hearing is that my payment still does not reflect and they cannot check this manually the system will reactivate my service when my payment reflects. How long does it take Telkom to confirm payments made. More than ten days ago!!!! This is a new month and 6 days into the month I still have no data. I paid for it and you are keeping whats rightfully mine away from me. I want compensation! I do not want to go the social media complaint route, so fix my services or cancel it completely and I then want to further deductions from you!!</p>
