<p>Try opening a new cellphone account? YIKES!!!!</p> <p>Firstly, stand in a queue for two hours, only to be told the phone (as advertised in their pamphlet) "is only available in Cape Town. Come back next week".</p> <p>Then, stand in a queue for two hours, to be told the phone that was ordered last week "is not available"... I must now take the more expensive one.</p> <p>Well - I went to VODACOM... and got the phone I originally wanted, at a lower price! And all done within 30 minutes.</p> <p>NEVER will I ever go to Telkom again... unacceptable service!</p>
