Pathetic service

<p>My name is Nausheen, I ordered two adsl fixed lines from Telkom on a 24months contract which included, telephone line, Wi-Fi modem. Upon installation of the 1st line technician only came to install the telephone line and told me that I should go to the store to collect the Wi-Fi modem. I went to the store at reds mall - centurion and waited for a long time only to be told by the consultant that their dispatch system stops working around 4pm every day and I should come the next day to collect the Wi-Fi modem. </p> <p>I am utterly disgusted at the service I am currently receiving from Telkom. my 2nd line is yet to be installed. </p> <p>I want to know why is Telkom treating its clients this way and why are their call Centre agents and service consultants at the stores so in competent???</p>
