Pathetic Service

<p>Reported a wifi fault 11/01/2017. Still dont have wifi. Had one appointment made and that wasnt kept and 2 technicians who have been in and out of my home. Still dont have wifi. My fault reference no has been sabotaged due to the last technician (who I had words with). Still dont have wifi. Had 4 different fault reference no's. Have had the problem escalated. Still dont have wifi. How is this possible in a world where technology rules and its 2017? What makes matters even worse is that they pitch up - unannounced. STILL DONT HAVE WIFI. I am so desperate. Its costing me. Furious.</p>
