Pathetic Service
<p>I went to your Telkom store in Sandton City, and the service was pathetic. I requested that I recently moved into a new complex and would like to see what my connectivity options are. After looking on the map, I asked that the assistant look if there is any more spots available on the tower close to my home for LTE. He didn't even make an effort and said that I need to phone the sales department. Really Telkom, your coverage website does not work, your sales agents are useless and if someone told me to phone sales rather than helping me, I'd take my business elsewhere. </p>
