Pathetic Service

<p>I has requested new services via the Telkom website on the 30 Jan 2017. Today is the 14 Feb 2017 and no sales consultant has even bothered to call me. I really wish that this monopoly is broken so that service levels can increase. I would definitely upport another service provider.</p>
