pathetic service

<p>i am so disgusted with the service i recieved from telkom,i did an application online on the 06/02/2017 for a cellphone and after that i called in the contact centre to check on my application ,i was told that they cant pick it up and they did another application telephonically and i was advised i will get feedback within 24 to 48 hours ,i called again on the 08/02/2017 to check on my application and i was told that they cant pick it up,they offered to do another application then i refused ,shortly after that i recieved an sms stating that my application was pre approved and that an installment of 269 will be debited,couldnt understand why since they cant pick up my application,i called agin to find out whats going on, the lady i spoke to put me on hold for 50 mins and transfered my call after that without even notyfiying me(not great) it was a wrong dept ,i was transfered again ,im not even a customer yet put im already picking up pathetic service,not even sure if i want to go with my application anymore</p>
