pathetic service

<p>i have been using ttelkom mobile for a few years now and everytime you call in with a problem there is a new excuse... this morning I awoke to find no network again this time my sim gave in for no good reason. I live in Atlantis Cape Town and there is no Telkom store here and also have no idea as to wwhere to find one. so i rushed to the nearest store to purchase a new sim to do a sim swop just to be told after purchasing one you can no longer sim swop over the telephone go to your nearest store with I.D and proof of address all f which i needed just to rica the damn thing so whats the difference? i now have to either use about R60 or more rand waste about 1 and a half hours of travelling and that just to the store nevermind looking for it. Or loose my over 300 mb data over 100 mins 30 somewhat smses or change my number with 5 free smses to notify over 100 people my number changed because Telkom couldnt provide. pardon my language buut this is bull****!!! and a waste of my time and money. I expected better from a service provider. all 3 my childrren have telkom sims my husband and my best friend, even got my cousins and uncles to get the same sims so we could interact cheaper. i am posting this here first then on fb and every other way i can find so people can no what **** they will have to deal with using telkom God forbids anything should happen to their sims. i will now loose important calls and money as my number is no longer active. seriously telkom 5 free smses i kknew your call rates were cheap but never expected you to be. i just want my number and data back asap and some big shot hiding where ever to assist this is PATHETIC!!!!</p>
