Pathetic service

<p>Been without a phone line for 4 days. They get subcontractors to work who do not know what they are doing they continuously dig and damage the lines. Now we have to pay for an account that we cannot us. Call telkom everyday and my ref is logged as fault cleared how when I still don't have a line to use!!!! There is no manager available to assist. </p>
