pathetic service

<p>I was called a week and half ago regarding a laptop deal that I app**** for online,however when I spoke to the consultant named Sizwe he confirmed that I was approved for the deal and took all of my details at first he put the debit order date to be taken of on the 30/01/2017 but the next day when he called I asked him to change the date to the 25/01/2017 and he there after said my application will be processed and after 48 hours I will receive and sms with my order/ref number.However today is the 25/01/2017 no debit order has gone off and I didn't receive any information about the contract that I app**** for.</p> <p> </p> <p>unprofessional service received from Telkom!!</p>
