Pathetic service

<p>Been with Telkom for 9 years but I see why people discontinue their service when it comes to internet provided service. Have had no Internet for 6 days and each day I am told a technician has not been appointed. every day the same excuse. Why pay so much money for such pathetic service when competitors offer cheaper more client based service. I am not even mentioning the lies told to me by operators. After 9 years I will end my waiting with alternative options as 6 days thus far is beyond unreasonable.</p>
