Pathetic service

<p>we have been strugling since ocktober to have an internet line instaled. There has been several appointments made that they just did not pitch . They did not even have the curtesey to make a phone call to inform us that they wil not come.. And after several tellephone calls we made to them ,we stil dont have a internet line . It feels like they just dont want to deliver a service at this rate my line wil be only installed next year ocktober . Please can someone assist us.</p>
