Pathetic Service

<p>my router stopped working, a defective product purchased from Telkom, i thought that waiting for a technician for 1 week to tell me the problem was frustratiing, little did i realise that everyone that ive come into contact with since think that they are doing you a favour! i went to the mall of africa branch ( where it was purchased) the lady (Susan) was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. she screamed at me, spoke to her colleague about me in another language, and never gave me a solution. the assistant supervisor promised to resolve my query and give me feedback the next day (12/12/2016) i havent heard from him. i calle dthe call centre yesterday, the manager called me to say that he will call me back shortly with feedback, i still havent heard from him. ive left 3 messages between yesterday and today and no one bothers about customers! </p>
